I can't believe how my little girls are growing up. This week was the first day of 1st grade for Ashtyn and first day of the "Big Girl Class" the 3's for Kylan. Mr Medina is the 1st grade teacher. He seems nice...and strict. Ashtyn was in time out on the 2nd day for not raising her hand to talk. That's good he is setting the expectation up front for all the kids. She was not the only kid to get time out. Alot of her friends have returned to Phoenix Christian. They are also in the new building, it's very nice. So let's pray for good grades all year..which should be no problem for our little brainiac.

Ahhh, first day of school pictures..that brings back lots of good memories =) It was WONDERFUL having all of you here and I miss you all ready, but know that you are enjoying getting back into your fall routine. Hope that was your "first and last" time out in school Ashtyn! Takes awhile to learn all the rules I guess =) I got some fun cow color/activity books at the Fair that I'll send to you girlies. It has been HOT here, feels more like AZ than WA. Lisa and family leave today =((( But, it was very good having them here as well. Love and miss you all Mom/Nana
